Webinar: Unfair Sales Act 101

Join WPMCA, Dempsey Law, and DATCP for a special online seminar covering Wisconsin's Unfair Sales Act at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 23, 2021.

The Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) team will present on:

• how the law works;
• how to use the pricing calculator;
• how to determine Average Posted Terminal Price; and
• meeting competition.

DATCP staff will then take questions.

Heath Mynsberge from Dempsey Law will then present on proper record keeping and how to use the law to file a private cause of action.
